TCS
My first search is for TCS. An anonymous person sent me a 70 models that appear in the recently introduced pattern by TOUCH STONE
There are 4 rounds.

2. Technical interview
3. HR round
4. MR round
“If a person goes to attend the test without knowing the pattern, I guarantee he cannot attend more than 10 even though he has extraordinary talents. The question I given above may appear very simple to you..Butactually I remember you all again that no question has less than 5 lines. “
- a person reported after taking the test
Written Test:
The paper is online. It consists of 35 questions in 1 hour. TCS has opted a new pattern for the written test. There were no verbal questions, all were quantitative aptitude questions. The questions were lengthy 6-7 lines. But upper lines consist of irrelevant data, only last few lines consist of important data required for solving the question. There is negative marking for each incorrect question and calculator was allowed
The written test consists of 35 questions.
All questions are Aptitude questions. No verbal, no passages etc.
Time : 1 hour
Negative marking: -0.33 for each wrong answer
Timer will be displayed on the top right corner of the screenMost of the questions are lengthy. They are about 4 to 5 lines. But they are easy.
NOTE:
1. In lengthy questions first 1 to 3 lines used to be unnecessary time waste information, and the problem correctly starts from 3 or 4 th line. So, read the question fastly with infew seconds & try to know from where the question starts.
2. Among 35 some questions between 8 to 10 are given direct question withoutunnecessary matter. So, friends when u feel a question is lengthy or u can't solve it justleave it go to others (maybe be other questions r direct)
3. I think it will be better to have a view of all bits by half an hour doing all known oreasy bits because we can't say where easiest bit will be because I saw 1 easy bit in last 20sec and I was unable to attempt it.
4. Take calculator with you to written exam ,they will allow it.It makes ur work easier. For preparation you can refer quantitative aptitude by R.S. AGGARWAL.Chapters( Probability, Problems on Ages, Pipes and Cisterns, Ratio and Proportion somelogical questions, blood relations, percentages, profit-loss, area, direction sense, average, numbers, time & work ,time & distance, prob on train, boat & stream ,allegation &mixture, simple interest)You can also go through shakuntala's puzzles if you wish sum questions were veryvery easy, like this
((385*385)- (382*382)) / (385+382) =????Answer is : 3
Tips to crack written test:
1. Be cool, don’t get irritated to see long questions or if you are unable to solve any question.
2. Skip the question if you are unable to solve it in 10-12 section. You can come back to that question at the end.
3. If you have not sufficient time, first read the last line of the question, if it is numerical
based, then read only numerical data, leave first few lines.4. Don’t make guesses.
